Aim
Experience this year’s Theatre Royal Plymouth (TRP) pantomime from behind-the-scenes with exclusive access to the cast and backstage areas.
The Prize
For two people* includes:
- Watching Dick Whittington starring Shane Richie, on its final day, Saturday 10 January 2026, with an exclusive backstage experience
- Watch the show from the sound booth wearing headsets to hear all the stage cues (or you can sit with the audience if you prefer)
- The backstage elementson the day can include:
- Joining the company warm-up to meet all the cast
- A photo with members of the company before the show
- Going on a backstage tour of Theatre Royal Plymouth, including the Green Room, Costume and Wardrobe and Dressing Rooms.
- You'll also have the option to receive a shout out from the cast during the performance
- Take home a signed programme by the cast as a memento.
*The winner must be over 10 years old, and if under 18, be accompanied by an adult.
The Cause
All money raised will be supporting TRP's Festive Appeal, which raises vital charitable funds for our work in the year ahead. Please help us to deliver vital creative lifelines, using theatre as a tool for positive change to improve mental health, wellbeing, confidence and life skills for children, young people and adults in Plymouth and the South West.
Your Prize Draw entry will support projects like:
- Young Company Create – working with children and young people who are neurodiverse and learning disabled, using weekly theatre sessions and specialist drama practitioners to build confidence and create a safe and close community.
- Playhouse – introducing over 170 children every year in Devon and Cornwall primary schools to unlock their creativity, taking part in new work written especially for children, and getting to perform here at TRP.
- Young Company Our Space – a new project we will start next year with your support, working with children and young people referred by social services who are facing extreme challenges and disadvantage to transform their lives using theatre as a tool for change.
Your support will help us in our mission this festive season to support over 20,000 attendances from children and young people every year and secure the future of TRP.

It is £5 for 1 entry, £10 for 3 entries, or £50 for 20 entries.
The Prize Draw will close on Saturday 03 January at 23.59, and we will contact the winner on Monday 05 January.
